Crab provided by our Friends at Premier Catch: the premier online place to buy wild-caught seafood!
- The evening is a fun, casual night …no need to pull out your tuxedos.
- We supply the beverages!
- Expect a fun night of great food, raffles, wine pull, and dancing to live music.
- Decorate your table to your heart's delight.
- There is a contest for the winning table and a trophy! Tables are covered with paper; some like to bring their own decorative tablecloths too!

Day of Event Seating Info
Seating is not assigned! Choose your table and decorate day of.
1. Setup
- Saturday, 1/24/26 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
- The cafeteria is open should you want to reserve your table and hopefully decorate to participate in the competition!
- Volunteers will be onsite to help you navigate.
2. Doors open at 5:00
- Check-in, buy raffle tickets, go to your table & get beverages!
- First come first select remaining table options.
- Long tables that seat 8 comfortably.
- Layout is cafeteria style; large groups could fit up to 32 friends down a row or select tables next to each other for better mingling.
Food & Beverage Info
- Chilled Dungeness crab – ALL YOU CAN EAT delicious crab from locally owned Premier Catch; snap & eat! Steamed also available upon request
- Sides – Local chef Tony Hayes of Burien's Classic Eats prepared Cajun pasta salad, macaroni & cheese, & warm buttered rolls.
- Melted butter – Provided w/your delicious crab!
- Bibs & wipes - provided
- Crab utensils – Bring your own if needed, easy to peel and eat without
- Beer from local Logan Brewing Company – included in the ticket purchase
- Featured cocktail for purchase to raise funds for athletics
- Non-alcoholic beverages – soda and water included in ticket purchase
Fundraising & Entertainment Info
- Live Band (8p-11p) - Local favorite The Superchargers
- Fun photo booth (5p-10p)
- Raffle – over 25 gift baskets with gift cards, merch and swag from local businesses.
- 50/50 cash prize

- Individual sport live auction & fundraiser
- Table decoration competition - $20 buy in at the door night of the event, 50/50 to the winner. Judging by featured team of the night Girls Fastpitch.
